one. Withstand voltage

(HI.POT, ELECTRIC STRENGTH, DIELECTRIC VOLTAGE WITHSTAND) KV

1.4 Description:

1.4.1 The withstand voltage test is mainly to prevent electrical damage. The high voltage connected through the input will affect the safety of users.

1.4.2 During the test, the voltage must be increased from 0V and adjusted to the highest point within 1 minute.

1.4.2 When discharging, you must pay attention to the Timer setting of the tester, and adjust the voltage back to 0V before OFF.

1.4.3 During the safety certification test, the transformer needs to be tested separately, indoor, the temperature is 25 degrees Celsius, RH: 95 degrees Celsius, 48HR, and the transformer primary/secondary and primary/CORE are tested afterwards.

1.4.5 The test time of the production line is 1 second.

2.1 Definition:

2.5 Description:

2.5.1 The GND wire of the oscilloscope should be as short as possible, and the test wire should be far away from the PUS.

2.5.2 Use 1:1 Probe.

2.5.3 The BW of the Scope is generally set at 20MHz, but for the current network product testing ripple noise, it is best to set the BW to the maximum.

2.5.4 The environment between Noise and the instrument used is very different, so the test must indicate the test location.

2.5.5 Test the ripple noise so that it does not exceed the original specification value +1% Vo.

Four. Temperature test

(Temperature Test)

4.1 Definition:

Temperature test means that the temperature of the parts or case of the PSU should not exceed its material specifications under normal operation.

Grid or specification fixed value.

4.2 Test conditions:

I/P: Nominal

O/P: Full Load

Ta: 25℃

4.3 Test method:

4.3.1 Fix the Thermo Coupler (TYPE K) firmly on the object to be measured

(Quick-drying, Tape or welding method).

4.3.2 The Thermo Coupler was twisted three times at the end and then welded into a ball for testing.

4.3.3 We generally use a point thermometer to measure.

4.4 Test parts:

Heat source and parts susceptible to heat source

For example: input terminal, Fuse, input capacitor, input inductance, filter capacitor, bridge adjustment, thermal

sensitive, surge absorber, output capacitor, output capacitor, output inductance, transformer, iron core,

P.C.B....... under winding, heat sink, high-power semiconductor, Case, heat source parts.

4.5 Part temperature limit:

4.5.1 If there are marked temperatures on the parts, the marked temperature shall be used as the reference.

4.5.2 For other parts that are not marked with temperature, the temperature shall not exceed the temperature resistance of P.C.B.

4.5.3 Inductance shows individual application for safety regulations, the temperature rise limit is 65℃Max (UL1012), 75℃
